Discrimination

Have you experienced prices skyrocketing because you live in Norway? Price discrimination of any kind is illegal.

Discrimination is illegal!

Consumers should not be denied access to a service or be offered a higher price because of their nationality or place of residence. However, there are exceptions if the price difference is justified due to objective criteria.

Complain to trader

You can send a complaint if a trader refuses to grant you access to a service or if you are asked to pay a higher price because of your nationality or place of residence. You can refer to this rule and ask for an explanation. If you are unable to reach an agreement by these means, you can then send your complaint to ECC Norway.
