Cooling off period
When you purchase a product online from a Norwegian company you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving the good. This gives you an opportunity to examine the good, and decide whether or not to keep it.

You can return the product without stating a reason, but have to notify the seller within 14 days. The cooling off period begins on the day you received the goods. The cooling off period is extended if you do not receive information regarding your right of withdrawal.

Please note:

• You are liable for costs related to returning the product


• The good must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered


• You cannot return some products if the seal has been broken, e.g. CDs, software and DVDs

Delivery
Provided that a longer period is not agreed upon, a contract must be performed within 30 days from placing the order.
